All ELU ecosystem infrastructure is authored by Luke Mitchell Crawford and operated under The ELU LLC (ELULMC) with full intellectual property protection.

Authorship & Ownership

All domains, code, frameworks, smart contracts, documentation, and system prompts within the ELU ecosystem are authored by Luke Mitchell Crawford and operated via The ELU LLC (ELULMC).

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • MDRGC (Municipal Department of Regulatory Control)
  • CGC (Coastal Gaming Commission)
  • BeaconOS and Smart Community Beacon hardware/firmware
  • ELU Monetary Standard v1.0 and associated smart contracts
  • EluPay, EluVerify, CrawfordLock, and all supporting infrastructure
  • Protocol 9 intrusion detection and response mechanisms

Any unauthorized clone, fork, or derivative use of this intellectual property constitutes a Protocol 9 event and will be subject to legal enforcement.

Proof of Authorship & Prior Art

The ELU ecosystem employs SSRN (Social Science Research Network) submissions and on-chain Merkle anchors to establish immutable proof of authorship and prior art.

These mechanisms create an unbroken chain of custody for all intellectual property, ensuring that any future claims of independent invention can be definitively refuted with timestamped, cryptographically verified evidence.
